  • How Is This Different Than Your Regular Full-Service Retreat Planning?
    The main difference is that with this package, you remain 100% in control of all the financial aspects. You keep 100% of your profits. While I handle all the logistics, I’ll send you reminders for when invoices need to be sent to students and when payment deadlines are approaching for the venue, ensuring you’re always in the loop.
  • Can You Really Launch My Retreat In 30 Days?
    In perfect world, I would be able to make this happen. In a perfect world, the retreat venue and the retreat host would be prompt in their communication with me and *if this happens (fingers crossed!) then we should be able to shoot for 30 days- yes!
  • How Do We Start?
    We’ll start with a phone call to discuss your retreat vision, who it’s for, where you want to go, what kind of accommodations you want, etc and then we’ll make the reservations with the retreat venue. Once we have your venue reserved, I’ll start working on your site (either on WeTravel or on Panacea Retreats) and help you create your sales copy, we’ll figure out the pricing, and then we’ll come up with a marketing and launch plan. Once you launch your retreat, you will have coaching and admin support from me for one full year!
  • Other Offerings I See Like This Are Closer To $10k, Is This A Lighter Version?
    No, this isn’t a lighter version. I believe in making my services both accessible and high-quality. As a former yoga teacher who once struggled, teaching 15-20 classes a week just to make ends meet, I understand how important it is to have affordable options for other teachers. That’s why I’ve crafted this package to be comprehensive yet reasonably priced, ensuring you get the support you need without breaking the bank.
  • Can I Host A Retreat If I’m Not A Yoga Teacher?
    Absolutely! You can host a writing retreat, an art retreat, couples, knitting, dance, whatever you want! And we’ll find a venue that’s perfect for you to teach your material.
  • Is There Anything Else I Need To Invest?
    To secure a venue, a deposit is required upfront. This amount will be applied toward your final bill, so it’s essentially like “getting it back” in the end. We’ll find venues with deposit terms that fit your budget and explore strategies to protect your investment along the way.
  • How Many Hours Are You Saving Me?
    I dedicate 200+ hours to each retreat from start to finish. This includes everything from venue research and booking to creating your site, managing logistics, and providing comprehensive support throughout the entire process. You won’t have to worry about the overwhelming details—I’ll ensure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on creating a memorable experience for your attendees!

Terms and Conditions for Panacea Retreats LLC

1. Refund Policy:
Clients have a 14-day period, beginning from the date of purchase, to request a full refund. No questions will be asked during this period. However, after the 14-day window, the purchase is non-refundable. Services rendered or work completed within the 14-day window are not eligible for refund, as the client has already received value during this time.

2. Force Majeure:
Panacea Retreats LLC shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms), acts of terrorism, war, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a force majeure, Panacea Retreats LLC will notify the client and may, at its discretion, extend deadlines or modify services as needed.

3. Intellectual Property:
All materials, designs, ideas, and intellectual property related to the services provided by Panacea Retreats LLC are and will remain the sole property of Panacea Retreats LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing materials, sales copy, logos, and any other content created for the client. The client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise use these materials without explicit written permission from Panacea Retreats LLC. This ensures that Panacea Retreats LLC’s creative work is protected and not misused.

4. Non-Transferable Rights:
The client agrees that they cannot assign, transfer, or sublicense any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another party without the prior written consent of Panacea Retreats LLC. This ensures that the terms of the agreement are respected and maintained by both parties as initially agreed upon.

5. Service Modifications:
Panacea Retreats LLC reserves the right to make changes or modifications to the services provided under these Terms and Conditions at any time. These changes may be made to improve service quality, respond to industry changes, or meet the specific needs of clients. The client will be notified of any significant modifications in a timely manner. The client’s continued use of the services after being notified of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6. Limitations of Liability:
Panacea Retreats LLC’s total liability to the client under these Terms and Conditions, regardless of the cause of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise), shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services that are the subject of the claim. In no event shall Panacea Retreats LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

7. Confidentiality:
Panacea Retreats LLC is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive information provided by the client, including but not limited to personal details, business information, retreat plans, and other proprietary content. This information will only be shared with third parties as required to fulfill the services outlined in the agreement, and only with the client’s consent or when required by law.

8. Client Responsibility:
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information that is necessary for the provision of services. This includes, but is not limited to, retreat details, venue preferences, attendee information, and any logistical considerations. Failure to provide necessary information in a timely manner may delay services and result in additional charges to the client.

9. Payment Terms:
All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not received within the specified time frame, Panacea Retreats LLC reserves the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance, or the maximum allowable rate under applicable law, whichever is lower. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is made in full.

10. Court and Venue:
Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions or the services provided will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denver, Colorado. The client agrees that any legal action taken will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Denver, Colorado. The client is also responsible for paying any legal fees, including but not limited to attorney fees, that arise as a result of any legal disputes related to this agreement.

11. Chargebacks:
Chargebacks are considered an unacceptable method of resolving disputes or obtaining refunds. The client agrees to first attempt to resolve any issues directly with Panacea Retreats LLC before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Chargebacks may result in the termination of services, and the client may also be responsible for any fees or penalties incurred as a result.

12. Termination:
Panacea Retreats LLC reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or engages in behavior that Panacea Retreats LLC deems inappropriate, unethical, or harmful to the company’s reputation. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments remain due, and the client will forfeit any remaining services.

13. Severability:
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a legally valid provision that closely reflects the original intent of the agreement.

14. Entire Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Panacea Retreats LLC and the client. No other representations, statements, or agreements, whether written or verbal, shall be considered part of this agreement unless explicitly included. Any amendments or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

15. Amendments:
Panacea Retreats LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to the client, and continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
